RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Policy:

 

At Swapna Weddings, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. Please read our return policy carefully:

1. Timeframe for Returns:

   - Products with manufacturing defects can be returned within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

2. Conditions for Accepting Returns:

   - Products must be in good condition with the tags intact.

   - Silk, Synthetic, Organza, Cotton, Art Silk, Kora Silk, Banaras, Kanjivaram products can be returned only in the case of manufacturing defects. Please contact our customer support and take an approval before returning the products

   - Dark shade cotton products may experience color fade and are non-returnable for this reason.

3. How to Initiate a Return:

   - Customers must send a return request to support.swapnaweddings@gmail.com within 48 hours.

   - A box opening video must be attached for return.

4. Refund Process:

   - Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

   - Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 days.

   - Certain items may be non-refundable, and it is the customer's responsibility to adhere to care instructions.

5. Eligibility for Refund/Exchange:

   - Product must be in unused condition with original foldings, no stains, and no wear evidence.

   - Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags/labels attached.

   - Tassels should not be made in the saree.

   - Blouse should not be detached from the saree.

   - Falls should not be stitched to the saree.

6. Exchange Process:

   - Products cannot be exchanged in showrooms, only through the online process.

   - Customer returns the product, and upon verification of defect/damage, receives a new product or an online coupon code.

7. Return Rejection:

   - Swapna Weddings reserves the right to reject a return request if the product does not meet return policies.

Refund Policy:

1. Order Cancellation:

   - Swapna reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.

2. Refund Process:

   - Refund, excluding delivery charges, is made using the original payment method upon receiving the returned item.

   - Customer is responsible for return costs, including currency conversion and taxes unless the mistake was from Swapna’s side.

   - Refund may take up to 7 business days to appear in the bank account once processed.

3. Decision on Return:

   - Swapna Weddings will decide to issue a credit note, offer an alternative product, or reject the return.

   - Customer bears courier charges unless the mistake is on Swapna Wedding's side.

4. Defective Product:

   - If packaging appears tampered with, damaged, or unsealed, the customer should not accept the product.

   - Upon inspection, Swapna may issue credit notes or exchange/replace the product.
