RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS


- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.


TIME FRAME FOR RETURNS


- Products with manufacturing defects can be returned within 24 hours from the date of delivery.


CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS


- Products must be in good condition with the tags intact.

- Silk, Synthetic, Organza, Cotton, Art Silk, Kora Silk, Banaras, and Kanjivaram products can only be returned in the case of manufacturing defects. Please contact our customer support and get approval before returning these products.

- Dark shade cotton products may experience color fade and are non-returnable for this reason.

- Offer products cannot be returned.


HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN


- Customers must send a return request to help@swapnawedding.com within 24 hours of delivery.

- A box opening video must be attached to the return request.

ELIGIBILITY FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE



- The product must be in unused condition with original foldings, no stains, and no evidence of wear.

- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags/labels attached.

- Tassels should not be made on the saree.

- The blouse should not be detached from the saree.

- Falls should not be stitched to the saree.

EXCHANGE PROCESS


- Products cannot be exchanged in showrooms, only through the online process.

- The customer returns the product, and upon verification of defect/damage, receives a new product or an online coupon code.

RETURN REJECTION



- Swapna Weddings reserves the right to reject a return request if the product does not meet the return policies.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT


- If packaging appears tampered with, damaged, or unsealed, the customer should not accept the product.

- Upon inspection, Swapna Weddings may issue a credit note or exchange/replace the product.
